Have a conference with us! We are happy to organize conferences for your company and can promise a special event that the participants talk about for a long time afterwards.

​There are various possibilities for conferences, we have rooms that can accommodate 14-18 people and as one can be expanded to 40-45 depending on the type of seating you want.

A room can also be combined with our lounge and terrace.

WiFi and AV equipment are available on the premises. We can also arrange flipcharts, whiteboards etc.

If you want a group room, this needs to be announced in your booking.

​Of course, we are happy to help with other side arrangements. 

The conference package can be booked outside our regular opening hours. See our suggestions below, but we will of course adapt this to your wishes.

Half day conference

The package includes 2 hours of activity in the cells, 2 hours in a conference room, lunch and refreshments. (you have the conference room the whole time you are with us)

Base price SEK 680/person (excl. VAT)

Full day conference

The package includes 2 hours of activity in the cells, 4 hours in a conference room, lunch and morning and afternoon coffee. (you have the conference room the whole time you are with us)

Base price SEK 920/person (excl. VAT)

For dinner seating from 8:00 p.m. onwards, SEK 750 excl. VAT is added per hour started.

For conferences, special booking rules apply according to the booking confirmation.

In general,for larger groups and companies, if cancellation occurs:

  • One week before arrival, 100% of the booking amount is charged

  • Two weeks before arrival, 25% of the booking amount is charged

Changes to individual numbers (10%) in your booking must be made no later than 48 hours before your arrival.  

Otherwise, you pay for the number you booked, unless otherwise agreed according to the booking confirmation.
